Missing og:image
Without an og:image meta tag, most platforms fall back to a tiny site favicon or no image at all. Always include og:image at 1200 × 630.
No twitter:card

Cached old preview
Facebook caches previews for 30 days. Force a refresh with the Facebook Sharing Debugger, X Card Validator, or LinkedIn Post Inspector.
Image too small
Facebook ignores og:image under 200 × 200 pixels. LinkedIn requires at least 1200 × 627. Always use 1200 × 630 minimum.
Mixed content (HTTP image on HTTPS page)
If your page is HTTPS but og:image points to HTTP, most platforms refuse to load it. Always serve images over HTTPS.
Title or description too long
Keep og:title under 60 characters and og:description under 110 characters. X truncates at ~70 and 200 respectively.
